Shipping policy

Orders placed with standard local or domestic shipping require 2–3 weeks for processing and fulfillment. Carrier tracking confirmation will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Please note that any VAT, duties, or customs clearance fees are separate from shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are outside of REFINED'S control, and we’re unable to adjust order values to lower potential customs fees.

REFINED is not responsible for shipments lost or stolen from mailboxes, doorsteps, or after delivery. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier for resolution.
